Whatever you report here will show up on the Rebate Report Card search page, so other consumers can see which companies honor their rebate offers in a timely manner, and which do not. You don't need to share any personal information. Just grade the rebaters and help build the world's first open database of rebate performance statistics.

  Company Name Company paying the rebate. Usually the manufacturer. Sometimes the retailer.

  Product or Service Name of the product or service purchased. Doesn't have to be "official."

  Product Type Select the product category that is the closest match. Or, choose "Other" at the bottom.

  Customer Service Grade Rate their service, if you contacted them (or tried to) while waiting for your rebate. Were they courteous? Fair? Honest?
  Grade the Instructions Could a normal person understand the instructions? Did you need a microscope to read them?
